Brittany Babbs, RBSM, Chief Operations Officer, ESS Clean, Inc.

Brittany Babbs has been with ESS Clean since February of 2009 and worked her way up through the company to Branch Manager in 2019 and Chief Operations Officer in 2022. Brittany is from Oblong, IL and loves spending time with her two sons, Tucker and Bryar, and her husband, Jeremy. Her other hobbies include fishing and coaching/watching a variety of sports. Brittany has an Associate’s Degree from Lincoln Trail College in Science and Arts and has recently received her RBSM and LMI certificates.

 

Nancy Criscoe, Vice President, Organizational Development, The Budd Group

Nancy Criscoe is the Vice President, Organizational Development at The Budd Group, a mid-size company based in Winston-Salem, NC that provides facility support services in the Southeast. Prior to joining the Budd Group, Nancy worked for more than 15 years in the staffing industry with Fortune 1000 companies. Her previous experience includes responsibilities in operational efficiency, training, development, recruiting, engagement, retention, and safety.

 

Fernando Cruz, President/CEO, Dynamond Building Services

Fernando Cruz has been in the building maintenance industry since 1998. Since then, Fernando Cruz has tenaciously and successfully dedicated himself to become better educated in all areas of the industry, helping organizations to have a solid customer base in 21 US states and a respected relationship with clients, suppliers, vendors, and employees.

He has dedicated himself to perfecting his skills earning a bachelor’s degree in marketing as well as a respected MBA from the prestigious ASU - Thunderbird School of Global Management with concentration in Global Management.

Fernando Cruz successfully occupied different positions throughout his career, including Supervisor, Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Vice President of Marketing, President, CEO, and Chair of the Board, which have given Fernando a unique understanding of business as few do. The hallmark of his career and his passion is to help and support our organizations to be able to bless so many families and business partners. Fernando Cruz is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Lisa First-Willis, CEO & Co-Founder, Truvelop​ 

Lisa is a career HR executive and recognized professional in HR strategy development, technology, employee engagement and labor relations. Lisa brings 25+ years of experience working with established companies and start-ups in the airline, gaming, hospitality, healthcare, technology and manufacturing industries in the U.S. and globally. She received a B.A. in International Relations from the College of Wooster in Ohio and studied at Johns Hopkins University and the University Stendhal in Grenoble, France. Lisa is a co-founder of Trigger Transformation Inc. (the parent company behind Truvelop). She left behind a successful HR consulting business to pursue her passion for HR technology and entrepreneurship and hasn’t looked back since. As an Affinity Partner of BSCAI, Truvelop works with BSCs such as CleanOffice, the Professional Group, Site Force, Mahler Clean and the Vonachen Group to address top challenges in the industry – employee retention, performance and productivity.  

Jason Lee, CBSE, CEO, Lee Building Maintenance

Jason Lee of Frederick, MD is the innovative leader of Lee Building Maintenance. Lee focuses on the strategy and growth of the robust company.  Using his unique and proven solutions Lee can make buildings and businesses more efficient, while improving customer retention and satisfaction.

Lee contributes his leadership strategies to the community as well. He has served on numerous boards and non-profits and has been board chair of the local Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce. Jason is currently a board of director for Woodsboro Bank in Maryland and a current board member for the Building Service Contractors Association International.

When Jason is not in the office or lending a hand in the community, the married father of three can be found on the golf course or traveling with his family. 

Paige McAllister, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Vice President of Compliance, Affinity HR Group

Paige McAllister is the Vice President of Compliance for Affinity HR Group and has over 20 years of human resources experience. Her extensive human resources (HR) background includes thousands of clients in a diverse range of industries across all 50 states. Paige's degrees, an MBA in General Business from Florida Atlantic University and a BA in Psychology from Auburn University, coupled with her SPHR & SHRM-SCP certifications further round out her ability to understand the human side of HR.
