Majed Awamleh, CEO, BCJ Building Services

With decades of entrepreneurial experience, Majed Awamleh, founded and has served as the CEO of BCJ Building Services, LLC since May 2005.  He has helped expand the business from Georgia to Tennessee and North Carolina.  As stated in the company’s byline, the mission of BCJ Building Services, LLC is to create hope and opportunity by investing in lives.  Majed lives and breathes this mission through all his endeavors.  Early in the company’s existence, Majed won the Buckhead Business Association’s Entrepreneur of the Year award.  When accepting this award, he stated that his goals were not just monetary but rather he wanted to be able to provide job opportunities for people.  With his background as a Certified Financial Planner and an MBA graduate in Marketing and Finance from Mercer University’s Stetson School of Business and Economics, Majed began a leadership academy at BCJ, equipping all who participate in matters of home finance, and insurance. 

 

Joseph Bushey, CBSE, SHRM-SCP, Director of Human Resources, MSNW Group, LLC

Joseph Bushey is a seasoned HR executive and veteran with over two decades of experience leading teams and optimizing organizational effectiveness. As the Director of Human Resources at MSNW Group, LLC, Joe has transformed HR operations through innovative strategies, including integrating new HRIS and payroll systems, streamlining recruitment processes, and implementing employee recognition programs. With a passion for fostering cohesive teams and enhancing employee engagement, Joe is dedicated to driving organizational success through effective HR leadership. He holds a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from the Society for Human Resource Management, a Certified Building Services Executive (CBSE) certification, and a Birkman Signature Certification. Joe earned his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Post University.

 

Dan W. Cline II, CBSEExecutive Vice President, 4M 

Dan joined 4M Building Solutions in 2001 when he sold his janitorial services company to 4M, bringing over 20 years of experience in the facilities service industry. In his current role, Dan leads operations in the Midwest and Southeast, which includes a multi-state territory of Missouri, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Florida. A member of 4M’s Executive Leadership Team, he enjoys participating in Customer Partnering Reviews. Under Dan’s direction, his division earned the Albert E. Wilson Division of the Year award in 2007- 2019 and was recognized as the “Safest” Division in the Company since 2008. He is also an active member of BOMA, IFMA, and BSCAI.

 

Lisa First-Willis, CEO & Co-Founder, Truvelop​ 

Lisa is a career HR executive and recognized professional in HR strategy development, technology, employee engagement and labor relations. Lisa brings 25+ years of experience working with established companies and start-ups in the airline, gaming, hospitality, healthcare, technology and manufacturing industries in the U.S. and globally. She received a B.A. in International Relations from the College of Wooster in Ohio and studied at Johns Hopkins University and the University Stendhal in Grenoble, France. Lisa is a co-founder of Trigger Transformation Inc. (the parent company behind Truvelop). She left behind a successful HR consulting business to pursue her passion for HR technology and entrepreneurship and hasn’t looked back since. As an Affinity Partner of BSCAI, Truvelop works with BSCs such as CleanOffice, the Professional Group, Site Force, Mahler Clean and the Vonachen Group to address top challenges in the industry – employee retention, performance and productivity.  

Raymond Hall, Chief Human Resources Officer, Harvard

A military veteran, Raymond spent the first several years of his professional career on active duty with the US Army Special Operations Command. He has 20+ years of experience in human resources and in developing global policy and talent strategies. He has served on the corporate and has a strong international outlook, having lived, and worked across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.  Raymond’s has served at the executive leadership level in both small companies and large multi-national companies with revenues $100+million to exceeding $300+ billion across a variety of industries.

 

Daniel N. Ramirez, Partner, Monty & Ramirez LLP

Daniel “Danny” Ramirez strategically represents public and private employers in labor, employment, and immigration matters. Danny’s successful track record includes providing sound advice to businesses on HR issues, representing employers during government investigations, and strategically defending companies, government agencies, and education institutions in litigation, arbitration, and appeals. An alumni of The University of Texas Law School, Danny is a Board Certified Labor & Employment attorney that has been repeatedly honored with the title of Super Lawyer.

 

Andrew Rust, Head of Corporate Development & M&A, 4M

Andrew Rust is Head of Corporate Development & M&A for 4M Building Solutions. Prior to joining 4M in February 2024, Andrew was CFO and Head of M&A for Granite Comfort, a consolidator of residential HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contractors. Andrew is an expert at partnering and transacting with founders and entrepreneurs as well as managing transitions and integrations resulting from an acquisition. Andrew graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame and resides in Detroit Michigan.


 

Claudia St. John, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, President, The Workplace Advisors

Claudia St. John is the Founder and President of The Workplace Advisors a national human resources and management consulting firm specializing in hiring and recruiting, HR compliance, compensation, and employee engagement. Workplace Advisors is BSCAI’s endorsed HR partner and resource. As a consultant, Claudia and her team have worked with building service contractors of all sizes and in all U.S. regions to address their people management and workforce challenges. As a public speaker, Claudia has given hundreds of presentations and workshops on a wide variety of HR topics. She is the author of the Amazon.com bestselling book Transforming Teams – tips for improving collaboration and building trust.  Her weekly HR Minute e-mails and monthly articles are followed by thousands of business leaders nationwide. 

 

Terell Weg, CBSE, President & CEO, MSNW Group, LLC

Terell Weg is President & CEO of MSNW Group, where her values of putting "people over profit" have led to high employee retention and company growth in recent years. With her education, business acumen, and 20+ years of learning the business from the ground up, she has a unique understanding of the intricacies of handling facilities management in the safest, most efficient way possible. Terell’s leadership style is based on trust and leading by example. She doesn’t expect her team to do anything she wouldn’t do herself, which includes inspecting facilities, plowing snow, or pulling weeds. Beyond MSNW Group, Terell serves on several boards and committees, including Building Service Contractors Association International, NALP Foundation Board, Lynden Christian School, and Racial Unity Now - of which she was a founding member.
