Jason Lee, CBSE, CEO, Lee Building Maintenance

Jason Lee is the chief executive officer of Lee Building Maintenance, a commercial cleaning company on the cutting-edge of innovation. Lee leads strategy and growth for the Frederick, MD-based business, which was named to the 2022 Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in the United States. Founded in 2015, Lee Building Maintenance provides professional cleaning and custodial services across the healthcare, manufacturing, and commercial office space sectors. Using his skillfully crafted and proven solutions, Lee keeps buildings spotless and helps businesses run more efficiently. This, in turn, improves customer retention and satisfaction and promotes healthy professional environments. Lee is a Certified Business Service Executive (CBSE), one of the highest designations of excellence in the building service industry from Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). Paul Greenland, CBSE, Partner, Ikigai Management Consultants

Paul Greenland, CBSE, is currently the Partner at Ikigai Management Consultants. Before taking on this role, Paul was the VP of Sales and Marketing for Brilliant General Maintenance in San Jose California. During his time there, he created a Sales Department for a $ 100MM national service provider to meet company goals. Paul’s tenure within the janitorial industry goes deeper than this, however.
 
Paul began his passion for the industry when he joined Aetna Integrated Services, as a Branch Manager in 1987. He worked his way through the company as SVP of Sales to VP of Operations to ultimately President in 2005. During his time at Aetna, he established strong customer relationships that assisted in growing the company sales and exceeding $35 million. He also led operations and strategic direction with full responsibility for long-range planning and P&L management and provided cross-functional management to 1,500 employees in 7 states.
 
Paul has had several leadership roles within BSCAI and WFBSC.

Dan Harris, RBSM, Customer Success Manager, Janitronics

Dan joined Janitronics in 2019 as part of the business development team for the Special Services Division. In his first year, he achieved record-breaking sales by focusing on services such as floor and carpet care, construction cleaning, and various project work. He played a pivotal role in modernizing the department by introducing new technologies and systems, which were critical in meeting the increased demand for COVID-related services. 

Following this success, Dan transitioned into a project manager role for a multi-million-dollar construction cleaning project. His leadership and interpersonal skills were instrumental in the project's success, leading into a management position. Currently, Dan supports the Special Services and Window Cleaning departments, oversees new service offerings, and leads customer engagement initiatives across Janitronics.

Dan resides in Saratoga Springs with his wife Christina and is a graduate of Villanova University. Hobbies include golfing, boating, traveling, and watching/ attending sporting events. 

Michael Fitts, Chief Commercial Officer, 4M Building Solutions

Michael L. Fitts serves as Chief Commercial Officer at 4M Building Solutions, a national leader in janitorial and facility services. In this role, he is responsible for driving enterprise-wide sales growth, marketing strategy, client retention, independent contractor partnerships, and commercial operations across 4M’s multi-state footprint.

With more than two decades of leadership experience, Michael brings a unique blend of commercial acumen and operational discipline to the organization. Prior to joining 4M, he served 24 years in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. His military career shaped his results-driven leadership style and his ability to lead high-performing, cross-functional teams under pressure.

Michael joined 4M in 2017 as Division Vice President and quickly advanced to Executive Vice President, where he oversaw major market operations and key national accounts, including healthcare and institutional portfolios. His leadership contributed to significant revenue growth and expansion into new markets. In 2025, he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer, becoming the architect of 4M’s go-to-market strategy and customer value proposition.

He holds a Master’s in Management (Finance) and an MBA from the University of Maryland. Michael is passionate about aligning culture, performance, and innovation to deliver client outcomes and accelerate growth.
