David Murphy is the Co-Founder, President and CEO of Supreme Maintenance Organization (SMO), a multi-state contract cleaning services company headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina. With more than 40 years of industry experience, he has helped grow SMO from a small startup into a successful regional organization. David holds the Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) designation and is the co-author of From Rags to More Rags. An active BSCAI leader and mentor, he enjoys helping contractors build scalable businesses and use practical AI prompting strategies to improve prospecting, proposals, RFP responses and sales communication.

Kristina Thayer, CBSE, Director of Business Development, MSNW

Kristina Thayer, CBSE, is Director of Business Development at MSNW Group, where she has led the company's strategic growth since 2015. She specializes in relationship building, contract negotiation, organic sales, and sales process management, with a particular focus on building sales systems that operations can actually deliver on. Before joining MSNW, Kristina held customer service, account management, and business development roles at Recology CleanScapes and ABM, giving her a view of the industry from both the field and the front office. She earned a BA in Psychology from Whitman College. Kristina serves on the Board of Directors for the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) and is a Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE)
