The BSCAI Executive Leadership Academy is an opportunity for current and future commercial cleaning industry leaders to gain the people management, organizational leadership and business finance skills, knowledge and resources they need to grow their company and enhance their career.

The Executive Leadership Academy is a 10-week, fully virtual program with content based on an MBA curriculum. It blends self-paced online learning with live expert-led facilitations, where you will meet your peers and industry experts.

Week 1-2: vision, goals and planning process. Week 3-4: coaching teams and serving customers. Week 5-6: empowering people and systems of management. Week 7-8: demystify the finances - a 2-part case study. Week 9-10: apply the finances - grow the bottom line.
