Upgraded rooms are available. These rooms have limited availability for an additional upgrade charge and can be viewed and reserved through the housing link. If you are looking for alternate room types, those may be booked directly with the hotel at the prevailing rack rates by calling the reservations department below.
Instructions for booking:
PLEASE NOTE: Once you access the link, it is important that you modify the dates in order for the room block to appear. All guests that need to book pre and post days or wish to upgrade to any premium category rooms for the event that are not a part of the BSCAI housing block need to contact the hotel directly.
Cut-off Date:
Rooms must be booked no later than Tuesday, November 19, 2024, or prior to sell-out (whichever comes first) in order to secure the discounted rate. Room rates may apply 3 days before and 3 days after the dates of the event subject to availability. If you would like to extend outside of these dates, you may do so by directly contacting the hotel for the prevailing rates.
Deposit/Card Hold:
Upon check-in, the hotel will charge a hold equal to total room nights, taxes, and a $150 per day incidental fee. The hold will be released at check out and only real expenditure will be charged to the card.
No deposit will be collected at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Rooms can be cancelled up to one day prior to check-in date free of charge.
