- 11:45 a.m. - Meet at the pickleball courts for check-in
- 12 p.m. - Welcome Announcements
- 12:25 p.m. - First set of round-robin games begin
- 4:10 p.m. - Semi-final games start
- 4:35 p.m. - Championship game starts
Join us for an exciting afternoon of friendly competition at our Pickleball Tournament! Whether you're a seasoned player or just looking for a fun way to connect with fellow attendees, this doubles tournament is a great opportunity to network, stay active, and enjoy some healthy competition.
Teams of two will compete in a round-robin tournament with games played to 11 points. Participants will enjoy complimentary refreshments and snacks throughout the event and compete for championship bragging rights.
Important:
- Comfortable athletic shoes
- Comfortable athletic clothing
- Please wear sunscreen, a hat, and/or sunglasses as there is no shade near the pickleball courts
- All paddles, balls, and other necessary equipment will be provided
- Water will be available throughout the event
Friday, January 29 | 5–7 p.m.

Itinerary:
- 4:15 p.m. - Meet in lobby for check-in
- 4:30 p.m. - Depart hotel for the dock
- 4:45 p.m. - Check in at the dock
- 5 p.m. - Boat departs
- 7 p.m. - Arrival back at the dock
Step aboard the Flying Frenchman, a state-of-the-art, luxury sailing catamaran, for a fun and relaxing sunset sail departing from Frenchman’s Reef. Take in a magnificent Caribbean sunset while under sail and enjoy a chef’s selection of carefully curated local cuisine and an open bar.
*We have reserved a portion of this public sail for BSCAI attendees. This tour will not be exclusive to BSCAI.
