A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Chartered Environmental Cleaner, Ceris has worked with leading international organisations and industry bodies including ISS, BICSc, GOJO, Mitie and i-team Global. She founded CBAi to address a critical gap: businesses want to adopt AI but don't know where to start, how to prioritise, or what readiness actually looks like and her work gives them the frameworks to find out. 

Brad Cox - Assistant Vice President - Supply Chain Management. The Budd Group provides comprehensive, customized facility solutions to customers across the Southeast United States. Brad is responsible for supply chain strategy - overseeing the vendor life cycle. His goals are to drive efficiency, promote service excellence, mitigate risk, and identify value creation opportunities for The Budd Group and its clients. Before joining the Budd Group, Brad served as Vice President at Bank of America and in the United States Army as a Transportation and Logistics officer.  

Jeff Durand serves as the Director of IT at Vonachen Group, bringing over 25 years of experience in IT management. Since joining Vonachen in 2021, Jeff has matured the organization’s technology stack by overhauling processes, migrating infrastructure to the cloud, writing code to integrate third party systems, developing custom internal tools, and engineering a centralized data warehouse that allows his Business Intelligence team to display a holistic picture of the business to the executive team. Before Vonachen Group, he started out in advertising and CPG. He helped MultiAd transition from a print company to a technology company that built B2B web portals for Fortune 500 companies. He then led a team of over 60 IT engineers spread out over 5 continents as the Director of Global Infrastructure and Operations at SGS&CO. He now leverages his experience in driving large-scale digital transformations in the BSC space.

Bianca Espinosa is the Vice President of Revenue Management Operations at Harvard Maintenance, where she leads enterprise initiatives focused on revenue operations, client solutions, analytics, and operational transformation. With deep expertise in work order management, dashboarding, and real-time operational intelligence, Bianca specializes in turning complex data into actionable insights that drive accountability, efficiency, and client experience. She is passionate about leveraging technology and data strategy to modernize facility services operations and empower smarter decision-making at scale.

Prior to his career in tech, Andy worked produced television at NBC. Prior to that, he played professional basketball in the German Bundesliga.
