In 2016, Greg took over the added role of CEO and focused his attention on identifying and implementing strategies to effectively expand the company's operations and its ability to serve its clients. As President / CEO, he continues to oversee all aspects of daily operations and long-term strategic objectives. With over 15 years of expertise in Human Resources and Operations, Ewa is a strategic leader celebrated for advancing HR practices at The Budd Group. Her career trajectory mirrors the company’s growth, demonstrating a commitment to driving organizational success through innovative HR strategies that align with The Budd Group’s evolving vision. In Ewa's current role as Vice President, her focus extends beyond traditional HR roles to encompass system-wide insurance claims management, employee benefits administration, and oversight of 401k programs. Ewa earned her BA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and completed her MBA at High Point University. Her professional achievements include obtaining her SHRM-SCP certification, completed and volunteered in Leadership Winston-Salem - Community Flagship Program, and volunteers with the American Heart Association and AARF, a local animal adoption organization.

 

Paige McAllister, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, VP of HR Compliance, The Workplace Advisors

Paige McAllister has over 25 years of HR experience, specializing in compliance, employee relations, training, and HR strategic initiatives. During her career with The Workplace Advisors, Paige has assisted large and small clients in various industries across all 50 states in matters of HR compliance including policy and handbook development and revisions, employee relations guidance, professional development of HR professionals through HR mentorship, and special projects such as assisting with I-9 audits and training, developing performance management processes, conducting comprehensive reviews of HR practices, and delivering customized manager-level HR training.

Paige earned her MBA in General Business from Florida Atlantic University and her BA in Psychology from Auburn University. Paige has held her SPHR certification since January 2009, having previously held her PHR since June 2003. She has held her SHRM-SCP designation since January 2015
