Hotel Cut-off Date: Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Please reserve prior to this date in order to apply for this special group rate. If you would like to extend outside of event dates, you may do so by directly emailing Matthew Schulz at matthew.schulz@ophotels.com for the prevailing rates.
Deposit/Card Hold:
For individuals paying on their own, all reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Full room, tax and resort fee deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of these methods. Should a Guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund the deposit, provided notice of cancellation is given (7) days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Rooms can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to check-in date free of charge. If rooms are cancelled within 7 days of the check-in date, guests will be subjected to a charge equal to the first nights room deposit. If the cancellation is due to an emergency or illness a doctor’s note or some sort of proof may be required for a full refund.
