Paul Taylor founded ESS Clean, Inc. in 1995 and serves as President and CEO. For over thirty years, Paul has worked to build a culture where people grow, thrive and enjoy coming to work. Paul and his wife Andrea created Five Stones Foundation in 2005 to provide college scholarships to ESS Clean employees and their families. Paul has served as a board member, officer, and President of BSCAI, and passionately serves the local Champaign, IL community as a volunteer and board member. In 2023, Paul developed a program called “Foundations of Leadership” offering leadership training to employees, clients and volunteer organizations. Over forty-five individuals have graduated from this program.
