Ryan Bishop, CEO, DTK Facility Services, LLC

Ryan Bishop serves as the CEO of DTK Facility Services, located in Houston, Texas. DTK employs over 1,600 team members across Texas, New Mexico and Arkansas. The 27-year-old company focuses on providing janitorial services to commercial facilities, private schools, religious facilities and grocery stores. Ryan acquired the company in 2018 and has served as the CEO since the acquisition. Prior to entering the janitorial industry, Ryan was an Executive Vice President at Stream Realty in Houston. Ryan serves on the boards of two local non-profits, one that serves the underprivileged and the other that benefits the incarcerated and formerly incarcerated population.

 

Dana Boyce, VP, Marketing & Strategy,Pioneer Building Services, LLC.

Dana Boyce has been in the commercial real estate space for the last 10.5 years, starting her career in property management in Washington, DC. After that assignment, she moved on to a BD role and spent 5 years in direct selling roles in both landscaping and janitorial. After joining Pioneer in 2018, Dana’s success in sales and client engagement dovetailed into becoming more intimately involved in marketing, brand presence, and strategy. Today in her role as VP, Marketing and Strategy, Dana is responsible for spearheading all things Pioneer brand, and is positioned to maximize growth in our newest market-Denver, CO.

 

Jeff Carmon, CBSE, VP, Customer Experience, Frantz Building Services, Inc.

Jeff serves as Vice President of Customer Experience at Frantz Building Services. Before joining Frantz in 2015, Jeff worked as a medical practice administrator and also worked in the natural gas industry for several years. Upon joining Frantz, he established a business development process primarily responsible for the rapid organic growth at Frantz Building Services. Jeff also works with Elite BSC as a speaker, content creator and consultant.

 

Adam Cohron, VP of Business Development, BCJ Building Services

Adam Cohron joined BCJ Building Services as the first Business Development Manager for the company in 2017. Since joining BCJ, the company has expanded into Nashville and Charlotte and has seen over 300% growth in six years. The BD team has grown from 1 to 6 talented leaders and is striving to double the company's size. Adam is part of the Senior Leadership Team, is passionate about learning the industry and, enhancing and carrying a tradition of company culture, growing BCJ so that more team members can find a home that cares about who they are and how we can commit to their personal and professional development. Prior to joining the Building Services Industry, Adam worked 15 years in finance, most recently with First Citizens Bank as a VP of Real Estate Owned and Special Assets.

 

Josh Hendricks, Executive Vice President, 4M Building Solutions

Josh joined 4M Building Solutions in 2015. As Executive Vice President, he leads all aspects of Sales & Marketing for the company and serves on 4M’s Executive Leadership Team. Prior to taking on sales in 2021, Josh spent most of his time in Operations. With an extensive background in commercial property management for multiple assets, Josh brings the customer’s perspective to 4M. His previous positions have required a specialty in corporate real estate management operations, asset management and financial performance. Throughout his career, his property experience includes mixed-use properties, Class A office, corporate facilities, industrial sites and many types of shopping centers. Josh holds a degree in business management from Saint Louis University, a Missouri Real Estate License and a CSM designation (Certified Shopping Center Manager). He is also an active member of Building Services Contractors Association International (BSCAI), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Charles Keenum, CBSE, Vice President, The Budd Group 

Charles has over 25 years of service and proven success in facilities management. Prior to joining the Budd Group, Charles worked for another facility service provider as a Senior Group Manager providing housekeeping services to public school systems thru out North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. Charles has been with The Budd Group since June of 2001. As Vice President with The Budd Group, Charles has demonstrated a history of success working in the facilities services industry. He possesses strong professional skills in Communication, Strategic Negotiation, Business Planning, Operations Management, Coaching, Client Retention, Employee Engagement and Sales. Charles delivers executive leadership for all custodial services for Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida regions of The Budd Group. Charles is graduate of Liberty University and holds a BS in Business Management.  Charles and his family reside in Fort Mill, SC.

Jason Lee, CBSE, CEO, Lee Building Maintenance

Jason Lee of Frederick, MD is the innovative leader of Lee Building Maintenance. Lee focuses on the strategy and growth of the company that oversees 4.5 million square ft. on a daily basis.  Using his unique and proven solutions that he as learned over 20 years of experience and his Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) certification from Building Service Contractors International (BSCAI), Lee can make buildings and businesses more efficient, while improving customer retention and satisfaction. Lee contributes his leadership strategies to the community as well. He has served on numerous boards and non-profits and has been board chair of the local Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce. Jason is currently a board of director for Woodsboro Bank in Maryland, Frederick Health Hospital System and a current board member for the Building Service Contractors Association International.

Curtis McLemore, CBSE, CEO, McLemore Building Maintenance, Inc.

Curtis is the owner & CEO of McLemore Building Maintenance, Inc., a regional janitorial services company.  McLemore is a 2nd generation, privately held company.  In addition to a successful career, Curtis has been a member of Toastmasters International since 2010.  Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs.  He has served in various roles of leadership within his club, Treasurer & President.  Furthermore, he has held various other leadership roles with the District.  Curtis earned his DTM, Distinguished Toastmaster, in 2019, the highest educational award to be bestowed upon on a Toastmaster.

 

Dennis Richards, CBSE, President, Puritan Commercial Cleaning & Services

Dennis Richards is CEO and Owner of Puritan Commercial Cleaning and Services located in Missoula, Montana. In 1981 and fresh out of college, Dennis and Darlene, his wife of 40 years, started Puritan in Missoula. It has grown organically since then to a regional presence and employs over 250 Full and Part time employees. Dennis credits his involvement in BSCAI and the relationships, encouragement and education he has received as a result of that involvement for a significant part of his business and professional growth.

 

Matthew Streiff, VP of Marketing & Specialty Services, The Budd Group

Matthew Streiff is the Vice President of Marketing and Specialty Services at The Budd Group. Matthew  successfully drives initiatives that accelerate growth, strengthen market position and create diverse new market segments. 

 

 

Paul Taylor, CBSE, CEO, ESS Clean, Inc.

Paul is a founder of ESS Clean, Inc. and has served as President and CEO since 1997. Thanks to a great team, BSCAI, amazing mentors and peers, ESS Clean has grown every year since its’ founding in 1995. ESS currently provides services throughout Central Illinois and Indiana, focusing on providing high-end customized service, locally, in every market through its' five branch locations. Paul is involved in the community as a member of Rotary Club of Savoy, youth ministry leader at Savoy United Methodist Church, Habitat for Humanity board member and coordinator for Financial Peace University.

He has years of expertise in the industry as an operations and sales professional. Bill serves on BSCAI's Board of Directors, has his CBSE, and attended the University of Phoenix.
