Will the 2020 Executive Management Conference be rescheduled?
No decision has been made with regard to the possible rescheduling of the 2020 BSCAI Executive Management Conference, however given the uncertain nature of COVID-19, it is very likely that the 2020 Executive Management Conference will not be rescheduled and we will focus our efforts and attention on producing a “can’t miss” 2020 BSCAI Contracting Success Conference, October 28-30 in Chicago.

What will happen to my current registration?  Will I receive a refund or credit?
Your paid registrations for the 2020 Executive Management conference will automatically be applied to the 2020 Contracting Success Conference October 28-30 in Chicago this October.  You will receive the full value of your paid Executive Management Conference registration, which results in a savings on our lowest rate available for Contracting Success registration.  If you plan to attend the 2020 Contracting Success Conference, no further action is required.  You will receive a confirmation of your registration for the 2020 Contracting Success Conference in June via email.

What will happen to my paid registrations for Optional Events?
All registration fees for Executive Management Conference optional events will be automatically refunded.

What if I do not plan to attend the 2020 Contracting Success Conference?
If you do not plan to attend the 2020 Contracting Success Conference, you can choose from the following options:

• You may transfer your registration to someone else within your company if you notify us of the change before June 1, 2020. Complimentary registrations and promotions are not transferable. 
• You may elect to donate your 2020 Executive Management Conference registration fees to BSCAI’s Government Affairs fund, and receive a receipt acknowledging your contribution. 
• Finally, you may request a full refund of your paid Executive Management Conference registration fee to have it refunded in the same format that you paid. Requests for refunds must be received by June 1, 2020. Contact registration@bscai.org for refund requests or questions. 

Are Complimentary registrations and promotions transferable to the 2020 Contracting Success Conference?
Complimentary registrations and promotions are not transferable. Only paid registrations qualify to be transferred.

Do I need to cancel my hotel reservation at the Omni Louisville?
If you had a reservation at the Omni Louisville Hotel, you may have already received a cancellation notice of your reservation, so no further action is required. If you have a reservation at the Omni Louisville Hotel and did not receive a cancellation notice from the hotel, you can reach out to confirm your cancellation by contacting the Omni at 1-800-THE-OMNI (1-800-843-6664). 

If you made arrangements to stay elsewhere, you will need to act now to cancel you reservations.

What do I do to get an airline refund?
You will need to contact your air carrier to cancel your trip. All air carriers have policies around cancellation of travel plans due to COVID-19, but you should be able to obtain a refund or travel credit for paid airfare.

If I am an exhibitor/sponsor at the event, how will my sponsorship package be affected?
Each Partner, Sponsor and Exhibitor will be contacted by our sales and fulfillment team with regard to your sponsorship for the 2020 Executive Management Conference. Questions can be directed to sponsorship@bscai.org. We appreciate your support and patience during this time.
