For more than 55 years, the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) has been the Business Resource for Contractors™.

Membership
BSCs come from different specialties in the industry, yet all have similar business goals in mind. We offer four different types of memberships to fit your membership interests and needs.

Education
BSCAI provides in-person and online educational opportunities and resources to advance your knowledge and develop your people. By utilizing all of our educational opportunities, you will obtain the most up-to-date industry knowledge and networking skills needed to stay current in the Building Services industry.

Events
BSCAI hosts three in-person national events in addition to virtual offerings throughout the year. These powerful, impactful “meet-ups” provide building service contractors of all levels the education and networking opportunities they need to stay informed about and connected to their industry.
