PLEASE NOTE: Once you access the link, it is important that you modify the dates in order for the room block to appear. All guests that need to book pre and post days or wish to upgrade to any premium category rooms for the event that are not a part of the BSCAI housing block need to contact the hotel directly.
Cut-off Date
Rooms must be booked no later than Wednesday, December 23, 2026, or prior to sell-out (whichever comes first) in order to secure the discounted rate.
Deposit/Card Hold
All individual reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of these methods. Should a Guest cancel a reservation, the Hotel shall refund the deposit, provided notice of cancellation is given (10) days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Rooms can be cancelled up to 10 days prior to check-in date free of charge.
