About Our Guests

Logan Blanchard was first introduced to the world of building service contracting in 2020 when he joined Ajax Commercial Cleaning Inc. based in Northeast Ohio. He started as a business development manager looking to expand Ajax’s business. As a smaller company, he jumped in where needed and started learning the ins and outs of the company along with the industry. When Bill Berger, owner of Ajax Commercial Cleaning Inc., retired in 2022, he appointed Logan as the president and CEO of the company. Since the promotion, Logan’s goal of expanding the business has not changed. He is also focused on the continuous improvement of service and culture that Ajax provides.

Brad Buchner began his career in the building services industry in 2017 as a business development associate at CleanOffice Inc. Since joining the company, he has been focused on expanding the multifamily brand, PorterPlus, which provides janitorial services to condominiums, apartments, and homeowners associations within the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. Brad also supports CleanOffice’s marketing efforts, client retention, and growth for the concierge brand, ConciergePlus. He is an active member of BSCAI and holds two BSCAI certifications: Certified Site Supervisor and Registered Building Service Manager. Isaiah Dinverno is a third-generation leader at Prestige Maintenance USA, his family’s cleaning business with locations in Texas and Illinois. Isaiah began his career in the building services industry in 2024 as a business development associate. He focuses on bidding and estimating to drive growth and diversification in his industry and for the company. Having grown up in the cleaning business, Isaiah has a slightly different perspective and is dedicated to sharing and building his expertise to help others achieve success across generations.
