CANCELLATION POLICY : Full refunds will be made for cancellations received on or before April 30, 2010. Cancellations received from May 1 through May 6, 2010 are subject to a 50% administrative charge. No refund under any circumstance can be made for cancellations received on or after May 6, 2010.

IMPORTANT: BSCAI reserves the right to exclude from Executive Seminar Registration (apart from the sponsors and invited speakers), BSCAI Associate Members, Associate Affiliate Members, Distributor Members and any Non-Members who would be admitted into these BSCAI membership categories. Registration fees received from companies in these categories will be refunded in full.
