Peer-to-Peer Networking Program
Suggested Agenda


BSCAI suggests planning your Peer-to-Peer Networking group meeting over the course of a weekend to maximize your time with as little distractions as possible. If the meeting goes well, participants may report back to their office on Monday with suggested "next steps" and ideas for how to improve trouble areas.

Thursday

  • Airport arrivals in the afternoon, arrange for transportation
  • Dinner together to promote open discussion, camaraderie
  • Site tours

Friday
Interviews with Management Team (recommend 45 minutes each session)

  • Sales

Saturday
Financial Review (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)

  • Most recent YTD financials
  • Previous year end financials
  • Projections
  • Standard Operating Ratios
  • Collection issues

Lunch (suggested at host’s home)

Peer group members meet without host to compile observations and recommendations (2-3 hours)

Peer group members present recommendations to host

Dinner (host treats)
