BSCAI, since 1965, has been the one association dedicated to the needs of the jan/san end-user. We are here to help companies, small and large, to stay competitive in today’s marketplace. Our mission is “To advance the building service contracting industry worldwide and to enhance the ability of its members to serve client needs in a professional, profitable and environmentally responsive manner.”

  1. Building Service Contractor Member – companies located in the U.S. and internationally that are primarily engaged in providing services, in and surrounding buildings and residences on a contract basis. This includes janitorial contractors, window cleaners, carpet cleaners, maid services, franchisees, etc.

  2. Asscociate Member – companies that provide services used by contractors and other end-users. This includes consultants, distributors, and manufacturers of paper products, chemicals, equipment, software, etc.

  3. Allied Member – For facilities that provide their own in-house staff (i.e. schools, hospitals, hotels, etc.) and are not part of an outside contracting company. This category also includes libraries, vocational schools, teachers, etc.
