Building Service Contractor Members are broken down into the following categories:

U.S. Professional – Dues are based upon your sales volume – A firm located in the U.S. or its territories that is primarily engaged in the providing of services in and surrounding buildings and residences on a contract basis. U.S. Professional members have the right to vote.

International Professional – Dues are based upon your sales volume – A company located outside the U.S. or its territories primarily engaged in the providing of services in and surrounding buildings on a contract basis. International professional members have the right to vote.

Professional Affiliate - A branch or individual employee of a U.S. or International Professional Member.

Franchisor– This category is for companies who sell franchises to other individuals across the U.S. and internationally to provide cleaning and maintenance to businesses, retail areas, hospitals, healthcare facilities, homes, etc.

Franchisor Affiliate - A franchisee or individual employee of a Franchisor Member.
