Discovering Your Authentic Leadership
Friday, April 25, 2008
9:00 a.m. - 4:00p.m.
Speaker: Bill George, Author of True North and Authentic Leadership
Limited Seating – Ticket Required

Due to it’s sold-out launch at the 2007 BSCAI Annual Convention & Trade Show, the CEO Summit has become a highly-anticipated fixture in the educational program for the 2008 BSCAI Annual Convention & Trade Show. You are invited to attend this six-hour, exclusive workshop led by Bill George, Professor at Harvard Business School and author of True North and Authentic Leadership.

Bill George will kick-off the 2008 CEO Summit with a lecture on “Discovering Your Authentic Leadership,” which will include time for an audience-driven Q&A session. Following this introduction, participants will discuss specific aspects of their own leadership experiences in a small group setting and then examine the pertinent issues raised at the table groups in a full group discussion. To conclude, Bill will provide a deeper look into specific leadership issues of concern to the building service industry.

Participants will be given pre-reading material and assignments, including copies of both of Bill George’s bestselling books. At the CEO Summit, participants will be seated at round tables to facilitate table discussion, note taking and interaction.

Check out this short video of Bill George speaking on the passion of leadership.
