Attendance at the 2008 BSCAI Annual Convention & Trade Show counts as three (3) continuing education credits per day or 12 points toward CBSE for attendance all days of the convention.

For safety and insurance reasons, persons under the age of 16 will not be permitted on the Trade Show floor at any time.

Name badges must be worn at all times and are required for admission to all convention sessions/ seminars and the BSCAI Trade Show.

Online conference proceedings, sponsored by ETC of Henderson, Inc., will be posted to the BSCAI Web site approximately two weeks before the Annual Convention. Attendees are
encouraged to download and print the PowerPoint presentations ahead of time, as handouts will not be distributed onsite. In addition, convention full and daily registrants will receive a password to access these presentations online for at least 30 days following the event.

Private social functions hosted by individual companies are not permitted to occur during any
offi cial BSCAI activity. Hospitality suites or meeting rooms must be approved in advance by BSCAI. BSCAI reserves the right to cancel, postpone or delay any function confl icting with an official BSCAI meeting or sponsored social function.

If you have already registered for the 2008 BSCAI Annual Convention & Trade Show and did not indicate that you wanted to participate in the GAF Golf Tournament, follow these instructions:

In the confirmation email* you received after registration, visit the confirmation page using the access information provided.

Once on the confirmation page, add the GAF Golf Tournament to your record.

Additions may be made to the registration record but removal of activities is not permitted.
