You must identify yourself as being with BSCAI to receive the negotiated discounted rates. To make a reservation, contact the hotels directly or reserve your room online at www.BSCAI.org. Reservations must be made by March 24, 2008. After March 24, rooms and rates will be based on availability.

Airport Transportation
Non-stop airport transportation to and from Embassy Suites Downtown Tampa
Blue One Transportation, the Embassy Suites Downtown Tampa's preferred shuttle service, offers non-stop transportation to and from the Tampa International Airport.
No reservations are needed.
You can call their transportation hotline (813-927-3602) when your flight lands. You will then be directed to the nearest ground transportation area which is located at each end of the baggage claim area.
When departing the Embassy Suites Downtown Tampa, shuttles leave every top of the hour from the Front Desk area, beginning at 5:00 a.m. until midnight, 7 days a week.
