UPCOMING 2010 WEBINARS
Wednesday, August 18, 2010 - Using Social Media to Improve Service and Sales
Dennis Collins, President, Tech Image

While everyone is buzzing about social media tools and the rapid growth of its users, can it really make a difference to your business? After all, the rise in cable television viewers didn't make it mandatory for every B2B company to use it, so why is social media different?

This webinar will present a perspective from that reference, by addressing the two top questions heard from business owners – Why should I do this? and How do I start? A five-step planning process and several examples will be presented to members in this interactive session. Armed with that, members will be able to pragmatically look beyond the tools to the rationale for their use, and determine the potential of these new communications channels for their own business goals.

An active, enhanced online presence can be a big plus to members in many ways – this webinar will help members to determine if it's right for them and then how to begin implementing it.
