What you need to know
- BSCAI will not have access to any firm’s data. BSCAI contracted with Profit Planning Group to confidentially conduct this survey as an independent third party.
- Report the most recently completed fiscal year. Twelve full months of data are required and may be unaudited.
- It is better to estimate than to leave a blank.

- Performance Analysis Report (PAR) – A customized individual report that confidentially compares your firm’s information to other participants. The report presents your firm’s rank for every key performance measure and provides an action plan identifying specific areas for improvement.
- Instructions for accessing Profit Toolkit Online, a simple Excel spreadsheet for testing "what-if" financial scenarios.
