Please note:  Hotel requires all reservations be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax. Deposit refunds will be issued for cancellations received up to 72 hours prior to arrival. There is a mandatory $7.00 roundtrip porterage fee per room and a $2.00 housekeeping gratuity fee per day added to the room rate.  Complimentary Internet access is available in all guest rooms and is included in your room rate if you sign up in advance or onsite for the Kimpton In Touch Loyalty Program at no charge.
